The anticipated scope may include transition and implementation services, configuration and integration, recurring SaaS licensing, operations and maintenance, help desk and technical support, cybersecurity and system authorization support, continuity of operations, training, reporting, and optional surge capacity. FEMA anticipates a cloud-based solution or service model with approved system-to-system interfaces and applicable security, privacy, accessibility, and safeguarding requirements.
