Does a bid kit guarantee we win?
No. Bid kits are AI-written drafts that help you prepare. Every kit says so, and says to check the official notice, attachments and amendments before you submit.
What happens to our firm profile?
We use it only to write your kits, and we don't use it to train AI models. Our privacy page lists who handles it and when we delete it.
What should we leave out?
Please don't enter controlled unclassified information (CUI) or classified information. The form doesn't take file uploads.
What if the requirements are in attachments?
Many federal notices keep the details in PDF attachments. Kits work from the notice text only, so every kit marks attachments and amendments as not reviewed and points you to the official notice to read them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from the link in any email. You keep Bid Desk through the end of your paid month.
