VA has not made any commitment, representation, or decision regarding the award of a contract, task order, or other agreement related to this requirement. No communication issued by any individual/office, other than a warranted Contracting Officer with authority over this requirement, constitutes a binding obligation. Any such obligation will be made by a Contracting Officer with the requisite authority to bind the Government and in accordance with applicable federal regulations. VA appreciates the interest and participation of all industry partners who responded to the RFI and participated in industry day. Interested parties should continue to monitor SAM.gov for any future requirements.
